Compare the tastes and it is hard to believe that our nettled Cornish Yarg and our Wild Garlic Yarg are made to an identical recipe. The difference comes at the point we paint on the leaves. The striking contrast in taste and texture is entirely down to nature. The aromatic wild garlic from Cornish woodlands is picked each spring, selecting every one by hand.

A team of nettlers wrap the leaves around the bare truckle in a ribbon pattern. Six weeks later, the wild garlic has created a slightly firmer texture than the nettles. They darken in colour and impart a gentle garlicky flavour.
