We offer free delivery on all cheese towers & orders over £55 to be posted to one single address. Customers in postcodes in the far north of Scotland may be subject to additional delivery charges.

Please enter a delivery date at least two days before your wedding.

Gift Hampers & Cheese Selection

Delivery cost is £5.95 Tuesday to Saturday. Customers in postcodes in the far north of Scotland may be subject to additional delivery charges.
 

We offer free delivery on orders over £55. (excludes Subscriptions)
 

We cannot offer free delivery on separate addresses. The order has to be sent to one address to qualify for free delivery.
 

You will have to create multiple orders to send items to different addresses and pay for delivery on every order, Or contact us with all the addresses details and we will organise shipping on your behalf.

Shop Collection

This service is available during shop opening hours Tuesday to Sunday 9am - 4pm. On ordering, type in the date you wish to collect (as if it were a delivery) and then select Collect From the Shop at the Checkout page.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery to the Knutsford are for £2.5 and free over £25 purchases.

Local delivery coast will be calculated at the checkout if you order within the radius of delivery. Don't hesitate to contact us for outside of knutsford delivery.

Guaranteed delivery or your money back:

We guarantee delivery Tuesday to Friday, if anything would happen to your order we will refund your entire order for complete peace of mind.

We use APC overnight next day delivery for all our parcel. order cut off for next day guaranteed delivery is 12pm Monday to Friday. (excludes Bank holidays)

All Deliveries (excluding gift vouchers)

You can choose a when and where you want your mail order cheese delivery to be made. We will do our best to deliver your order on the requested date. Deliveries are made by courier on Tuesday to Saturday, anywhere in England, Wales and Central Scotland. Cheeses need to be signed for and refrigerated immediately on arrival. The cheeses will be delivered by courier in a non-refrigerated vehicle but they will be packed with ice blocks.
 

We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products.  In the unlikely event there is any damage it is important to notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order, picture evidence where possible will allow us to replace or refund.
 

Sorry, but The Cheese Yard cannot accept orders where you are unable to sign for the delivery. Timed deliveries are not possible (the courier will deliver some time during the day, up to 5.00 pm) and if you are not in at the time of delivery, the courier will not be able to deliver your order.
 

We ask that you provide the correct shipping address as well as a mobile number for the recipient so they can get notified of a delivery time slot and have the opportunity to redirect to a safe place.
 

We do not accept liabilities if these have not been entered correctly, Contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake and we will try to correct it.
 

COVID-19 Deliveries: During the pandemic, All delivery by APC overnight are contact free. You will be notified and if you are not in have the opportunity to redirect or leave it in a safe place. (please make sure we have the correct recipient details)

Tracking Your Order

Your delivery should arrive before 5.00 pm; if it doesn't, please ring The Cheese Yard on 01565 751697 so it can be traced. At busy periods delivery may occasionally take an additional day.
 

The status of your delivery can be tracked online using your consignment number (sent to you by email when the parcel is dispatched) or by calling The Cheese Yard on 01565 751697.
 

Deliveries to Isle of Wight (postcodes PO 30-41) is £25

Delivery to the Isle of Wight is charged at the same rate as standard delivery but is a 2-day delivery time and is £25
 

Delivery to Islands and the Scottish Highlands is £25
 

Standard next-day delivery is not available to the areas listed below.

2-day delivery is available for online orders for the following postcodes and areas:

PA 20-25, 36-49, 62-76

Northern Ireland deliveries are not available

  • Can I place a pre order?
    Of course you can, If you order online you will have the possibility to let us know your preferred delivery or collection date.
  • Do you do private events?
    Yes we do hold private events for any occasion. Contact us to get a quote or for more information.
  • Can I choose my delivery date?
    Yes, you can specify your preferred delivery date at the checkout. We deliver Nationwide Tuesday to Friday & Tuesday to Saturday for Knutsford and surrounding areas.
  • Do you stock Vegan Cheese?
    Yes but only one variety at the moment, we are looking to expand our range. Let us know what you are looking for and we will try to help.
