Blue cheese produced with cow’s milk, ripened with fine Raboso passito wine and red cranberries. The cheese has a minimum maturing of 2 months, the texture is soft tending to become creamy when the cheese is more aged. The rind is thin and covered with red cranberries that are still humid, due to the use of the wine. This why there may be also remnants of wine in the packaging. The intense and typical taste of the blue cheese is emphasised by the aromatic and fruity notes of the wine to offer an elegant and harmonious cheese
