This Cheese Selection includes:
- 1 bottle of Barao de Villar 10 years white port 50cl 19.5% abv
- Burts Blue : approx 200g, Burt’s BlueHandmade just two miles from The Cheese Yard by Claire Burt. Cider-washed rind soft cheese with a creamy texture and delicate yet distinctive flavour. Pasteurised cow’s milk, vegetarian, Cheshire UK
- Isle of Mull Cheddar: approx 200g, Moist and soft texture. Farmy, fruity flavours - sometimes with an almost alcoholic tang. Unpasteurised cow’s milk, Scotland.
- Newport: approx 200g, Newport is matured for three to four months. It has a unique mellow buttery taste and flaky texture with a subtle aromatic sweetness. Unpasteurised cows milk, vegetarian, Shropshire UK.
