A unique creation! Raclette 8 Blumen is produced from raw milk and coated in a mixture of 8 different plants (cornflower, safflower, grass flower, mallow, marigold, fenugreek, strawberry leaf and rose), selected by Kévin Koch from the Appenzell region. During the ripening period, the essence of these plants is slowly absorbed into the paste, conferring an inimitable, distinctive flavour. The plant-coated rind is also edible. An exceptional, fondant and original raclette that must be tried. A delight for the palate!
