Semi-hard cheese with a unique rind washed with vin jaune (yellow wine). During its 4-month ripening time, the cheese develops a lovely soft texture and an aromatic flavour. It can be melted like a traditional raclette cheese, but has a more powerful taste. It also tastes great on its own, like a Tomme.
