Clochette is an aged fromage frais with a fine, pleated, natural rind, which is ivory in colour. On the inside, you will find a very pale curd, which is firm and dense with a creamy edging on the surface. Produced using goat’s milk, Clochette has a salty, tangy flavour, as well as giving off the aroma of goat’s milk.
