The Gutshöfer aux Truffes is a piquant, mature pressed cheese with a sweet flavour, extremely smooth body and very attractive appearance, flavoured with original summer truffles (1,1%). It is matured for at least three months. This beautiful cheese is an eye catcher at your cheese counter.
