8 Blumen Vegetable Gratin

As the weather improves and daylight is getting longer we start to turn to more summery dishes.

This recipe is a great recipe for a light lunch accompanied to a glass of white wine or a side dish to roasted lamb.

The recipe is using 8 Blumen, a Beautiful Swiss cheese covered of flowers but you can also use the Henry IV Goats cheese from my previous email.

It would be great to compare the 2 cheeses on this dish and see wish one you prefer.
