Ubriaco Rosé - Cheese Soaked in Pinot Grigio Rosé
Rosé fans, meet your new favourite cheese. Sergio Moro is known for his Ubriaco ("drunken") cheeses soaked in wine and beer. This one is soaked in La Jara's organic sparkling Pinot Grigio rosé, and its blush rind is topped with dried rose petals.
Tasting notes
Semi-firm with a light, fruity aroma. It keeps the flavour of the wine without the sharp alcoholic bite of some wine-soaked cheeses.
