Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from The Cheese Yard. Because many of our products are perishable, some items have different return rules. Your statutory rights are not affected. We Offer Free Return.

Items we can accept for return

Non-perishable, unopened items

You can return unopened, unused, non-perishable items (for example: accessories, giftware, unopened ambient goods) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible: - Item is unused and in original packaging - Proof of purchase is provided - Returned in a resaleable condition

Items we cannot accept for return (unless faulty)

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of: - Cheese and other perishable food - Opened food items - Made-to-order products (including wedding cheese cakes/towers, bespoke hampers, and custom platters)

If any of the above items are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery (or as soon as reasonably possible) and include: - Your order number - A brief description of the issue - Photos of the item(s) and packaging

We may offer, depending on the situation: - A replacement - A refund (full or partial) - Store credit
