A wedding cheese cake is a stunning centrepiece, a delicious cheese course, and a real talking point for your guests. At The Cheese Yard, we have been creating bespoke wedding cheese cakes and towers since 2013 for couples across Cheshire, Manchester and the North West. Every tower is designed around your taste, your guest numbers, your venue and your budget. Step One: Your Free Tasting We offer a complimentary cheese tasting at our Knutsford or Poynton shop. During your tasting, we will guide you through a selection of cheeses and help you choose the right balance of flavours, textures and styles for your tower. Your tasting includes: A guided tasting of suitable cheeses Advice on sizes and portions Styling and design ideas Dietary requirements Budget guidance Crackers, chutneys and accompaniments advice Please allow around 1 hour for your appointment.
Step Two: Designing Your Tower Once we know what you love, we create a bespoke cheese tower using the cheeses that best suit your taste and wedding style. Not every cheese can be used in every tower because of size, shape or structure, but we will always do our best to include your favourites or suggest a similar alternative that works beautifully. We can design towers for intimate weddings, larger celebrations and everything in between. Step Three: Delivery & Set-Up Guidance We personally deliver wedding cheese cakes within Cheshire and all deliveries are free of charge. For weddings further afield, we send your cheese tower chilled using an overnight courier service. We can also liaise directly with your venue to arrange delivery details. Every order includes clear instructions for your caterer on how to store, assemble, cut and serve your cheeses. We also provide cheese descriptions ready to display for your guests. Important Information We take orders from 6 months in advance of your wedding day When you are happy with the quote we require a deposit of £50 To secure your order The remaining balance is due 7 days before your wedding. Cancellations can be made up to 21 days before the event to qualify for a full refund. Orders cancelled within 21 days of the event will lose the deposit. Ready to Start Planning?
