We guide you through the decisions, create a tower that works beautifully, and make sure your venue has everything needed to serve it.
Enjoy a complimentary guided tasting at our Knutsford or Poynton shop. We will explore flavours, textures and styles, then discuss portions, design, dietary requirements, accompaniments and budget.

Once we know what you love, we create a bespoke tower suited to your tastes, guest numbers and wedding style.
Some cheeses cannot support every tower shape, but we will include your favourites wherever possible or suggest a beautiful alternative.
We arrange delivery and provide clear instructions for storage, assembly, cutting and serving, plus cheese descriptions that can be displayed for your guests.
We can liaise directly with your venue to make the arrangements straightforward.
Designed around your day
Our catalogue is a starting point. Most of our wedding towers are tailored for each couple, so we can create something that feels entirely yours.
It is a memorable centrepiece and a generous way to feed your guests. Serve it as a cheese course, part of the wedding breakfast or relaxed evening food.
We can design for intimate weddings, large celebrations and everything in between. Your tower can be styled with fruit, flowers, foliage or a more rustic finish.
We personally deliver within Cheshire free of charge. For weddings further afield, we send the tower chilled by overnight courier and can coordinate details with your venue.
We take orders from six months before the wedding. A £50 deposit secures your order, with the remaining balance due seven days before your wedding.

Yes. Your tasting at Knutsford or Poynton is complimentary and normally takes around one hour. We will guide you through suitable cheeses, portions, styling, dietary considerations, budget and accompaniments.
We create towers for intimate weddings, larger celebrations and everything in between. Guest numbers help us recommend the right total weight, proportions and range of cheeses.
We design around the cheeses you love. Not every cheese works in every position because size, shape and structure matter, but we will include your favourites wherever possible or recommend a similar alternative.
The price depends on guest numbers, total cheese weight and the cheeses selected. After your tasting and design discussion, we will provide a clear bespoke quotation before you commit.
We personally deliver within Cheshire free of charge. For weddings further afield, we can send your tower chilled using an overnight courier and liaise directly with your venue about delivery.
Every order includes clear instructions for your venue or caterer covering storage, assembly, cutting and serving. We also provide descriptions of the cheeses ready to display for your guests.
Please tell us about dietary requirements when booking your tasting. We will explain the suitable cheese options and help you plan the tower and accompaniments accordingly.
A £50 deposit secures your order and the remaining balance is due seven days before the wedding. Cancellations made at least 21 days before the event qualify for a full refund. If cancelled within 21 days, the deposit is retained.
