Parmigiano Reggiano 36 months


It was back in 1953 that Maria and Sergio purchased a small cheese dairy and started producing Parmigiano Reggiano. Back then, their small infrastructure enabled them to produce 3 Parmesan wheels a day. This was the start of a long tradition for the Gennari Cheese Dairy. Since then, their children and grandchildren have taken up their mantle, each bringing their own contribution. The improvements and extensions made over the years have led to them now producing up to 100 wheels a day, while still following the philosophy passed down from their parents: quality above everything! 

Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese has a sharp, complex fruity/nutty taste with a strong savoury flavour and a slightly gritty texture.
