Long Clawson Blue Stilton PDO
No Christmas cheeseboard is complete without Stilton. Ours comes from Long Clawson in Leicestershire, chosen for its balance of creaminess, savoury depth and classic blue character. Its quality earned a Super Gold at the 2021 World Cheese Awards.

Rich and gently crumbly, developing from mellow and buttery to pleasantly tangy, with a lingering peppery finish.

How to enjoy it
A true British classic. Serve with port, oatcakes and celery, or crumble into soups and salads.
For an after-dinner cheeseboard, allow around 100–150g of cheese per person in total, divided between your chosen cheeses. For cheese as the main event, allow around 200–250g per person.
Choose three to five cheeses for a mix of textures, milk types and flavours.
