Emmental Grand Cru


Pressed cooked cheese made with raw milk selected according to an old recipe, Emmental develops a fruity aroma that is characteristic of the mountains of eastern France. It is the fruit of the authenticity of a terroir and unique know-how, and the assurance and enjoyment of a deliciously old-fashioned Emmental. Traditionally ripened for a minimum of 10-12 weeks in cellars.
