Coeur Sakura - Ewe's Cheese with Cherry Blossom
Inspired by the sakura, Japan's cherry blossom, celebrated every spring during hanami. This organic, hand-ladled ewe's milk cheese from Brittany has an edible sakura leaf laid between two layers of curd.

How to enjoy it
A beautiful gift for a cheese lover. Pair with a glass of rosé Champagne or a delicate white.
For an after-dinner cheeseboard, allow around 100–150g of cheese per person in total, divided between your chosen cheeses. For cheese as the main event, allow around 200–250g per person.
Choose three to five cheeses for a mix of textures, milk types and flavours.
