We recommend the following portions We recommend 35g per cheese per person for an after Christmas dinner cheese board. This should not leave you with much or any left over. 3 to 4 guests 125g to 150g of each cheese. 5 to 6 Guests 200g to 250g of each cheese. 7 to 8 Guests 275 to 300g of each. 9 to 10 Guests 325g to 350g Each Cheese For Crackers We recommend: 1 - 2 box(es) for 2 to 3 guests 2 - 3 boxes for 4 to 5 Guests 3 - 4 boxes 6 to 8 Guests 4 - 5 boxes 9 to 10 Guests
