Sainte-Maure de Touraine AOP
A classic French goat's cheese from the Loire Valley, made with raw milk and recognised by its ash-coated rind and the traditional straw running through its centre.
Tasting notes
Delicate and creamy when young, it becomes firmer and crumblier with age, revealing gentle nutty flavours and subtle notes of hay.
