Chabichou - French Goat's Cheese from Poitou
A traditional natural-rind goat's cheese from the Poitou region of France, one of the heartlands of French goat's cheese. It's shaped like a "bonde", the bung of a wine barrel.
Tasting notes
Firm and creamy, with the fresh, gently tangy character of young goat's milk. Aged for 10 to 20 days.
