Tomme de Normandie - Isigny Sainte-Mère
Made in the heart of Normandy by the Isigny Sainte-Mère cooperative, founded in 1909 by 50 dairy farmers. This traditional tomme is matured for several months on wooden boards in the cellars at Chef-du-Pont, where it develops its natural rind and supple, golden-ivory interior.
Tasting notes
Smooth, supple and gently melting, with fresh milky aromas and a rounded, fruity flavour. A delicate touch of acidity balances its creaminess, with a mellow, clean and lingering finish.
