Tomme Chebris


A great fine and fruity aromatic cheese, very elegant. Lots of research was necessary to find the perfect balance between the sweetness of ewe‘s milk and the more marked aromas of goat‘s milk, which is the inimitable secret behind this cheese. It is ripened for 10 months.
