Swiss Raclette Cheese - Nature
Traditionally made in Switzerland and prized for its creamy, melt-in-your-mouth texture and mild, nutty flavour. Our plain (nature) raclette is pale yellow with a smooth natural rind: the classic cheese for a proper raclette night.
Tasting notes
Mild, milky and gently nutty when cold. Melted, it turns rich, silky and beautifully savoury.
