Cornish Yarg - Nettle-Wrapped Cheese
A Cornish classic, wrapped in edible nettle leaves. It's named after Alan and Jenny Gray, who first made it: Yarg is Gray spelt backwards.

Creamy under the rind and crumbly in the core. Fresh with a slight citrus tang when young, becoming mellow with age.

How to enjoy it
Lovely with a crisp apple, a glass of Cornish cider or a light, fruity white.
For an after-dinner cheeseboard, allow around 100–150g of cheese per person in total, divided between your chosen cheeses. For cheese as the main event, allow around 200–250g per person.
Choose three to five cheeses for a mix of textures, milk types and flavours.
