    This blue has a creamy texture with delicate blue veins. A quite unique flavour, delicate and strong at the same time. The name means "blue pearl". Pasteurised cows milk, vegetarian, Wales.

    • Gorwydd Caerphilly: 200g approx

    Gorwydd Caerphilly is handmade to a traditional recipe, using the organic, unpasteurised milk from a single herd. The cheese is matured for 2-3 months to allow the textures and flavours to develop. Unpasteurised cow’s milk, Somerset UK.

    • Sparkenhoe Red Leicester: 200g approx

    Traditionally made Red Leicester, made on the farm at Sparkenhoe. Authentic character with full flavours. Handmade with milk produced by their own dairy cows who graze the lush Leicestershire pastures near Market Bosworth. Nutty, sweet with a citrus finish.  Unpasteurised cows milk, not vegetarian, Leicestershire, UK.

    • Vacherin Mont d’Or: 500g approx

    Only available from September to April. This creamy cheese has a delicate taste with a hint of the spruce wood band that binds it whilst maturing. When at room temperature, scoop with a spoon and enjoy! Unpasteurised cows milk, France.
