Burt's Blue - Cheshire Blue Cheese

£7.05

Handmade just two miles from The Cheese Yard by Claire Burt at Twemlow Green, Cheshire.

Tasting notes

Semi-soft and creamy. The rind attracts white, blue and grey moulds that help ripen the creamy interior. Made in small batches, so its rich, unique flavour varies from batch to batch.
