Valdéon IGP - Picos de Europa Blue Cheese
A blue for real blue cheese fans. Valdéon is made from a mix of cow's and goat's milk in the village of Posada de Valdéon, high in the Picos de Europa mountains. It's aged in natural caves and wrapped in sycamore leaves: its ageing is as special as its taste.
Tasting notes
Strong, slightly spicy and buttery, and very aromatic.
