Native of Mont Vully wine region, this soft cheese is made from thermised milk. The brown to red rind is decorated with an embossed grape pattern. Ripened for 5 months, it’s the length of the ripening period that gives Mont Vully cheese its character and slightly spicy and mild flavour.
