Galet de Loire


This soft cheese is characterised by its form reminding the gravel bordering the Loire river. The colour of the crust can vary from ivory to straw-yellow, depending on the ripening degree. The paste is creamy and develops a typical taste and many different flavours, up to wooden notes.
