Feta PDO Barrel Aged


Barrel-aged Feta was presented to EU ministers by Slow Food along with other exceptional cheeses as part of a campaign supporting traditional quality products at risk of disappearing from the market. The use of local oak enhances oxygenation and contributes to the cheese’s organoleptic properties. Slow maturation allows it to develop its characteristic buttery and flowery meadow notes. Aged for 2 months.
