Cerro del Angel


Bronze medal winner at the 2021 World Cheese Awards. This magnificent ewe’s milk cheese is covered with lard and dried flowers and herbs (rose petals, heather, mallow, sweet chamomile, thyme). Ripened for a minimum of three months, this floral cheese is a feast for the senses. The herbs and flowers add an incredible palette of colours to the cheese. Its texture is fine and creamy on the palate. The flavour is balanced, with notes of sweetness, a nutty finish (almond), and, of course, a very aromatic floral fragrance. A cheese with an inimitable flavour!
