Cheese (Top to Bottom)

  • Neuchatel Heart: Soft, crumbly and grainy texture. Salty and sharp taste with aromas of mushrooms. Considered the oldest cheese from France, its production dates back to the 6th century.

  • Tunworth Camembert: Long-lasting, complex flavour. Sumptuous and creamy. The flavour is like melted butter and mushroom soup.

  • Délice des Crémiers: A soft, decadent, creamy cheese from Burgundy. It has a lovely white bloomy rind which is velvety soft. Extremely rich and luxurious due to being made with cream, double-cream and creme fraiche! It has a slight lemony edge; fabulous with bubbly.

  • Cornish Yarg: Made by the Gray family, hence the name... Creamy texture under the rind, crumbly in the core. Fresh with a slight citrus tang when young, it then becomes mellow with age. Wrapped in edible nettle leaves.

  • Colston Bassett Stilton: One of the few hand-ladled stiltons, giving an intensely rich and creamy texture. This cheese has a wonderfully deep, lingering and complex flavour.

  • Red Wine Farmer: A full flavoured wine-washed mountain cheese that packs a serious punch. A pungent cheese, washed in local red wine. A sweet creamy back note & silky-smooth texture, its rich & powerful taste grows in your mouth.

  • Keen’s Extra Mature Cheddar: A traditional, cloth-wrapped, unpasteurised Cheddar, made by the Keen family. It is a moist, tangy & powerful cheddar. Smooth & firm textured, with a deep rich nutty flavour with a tangy bite. (31 cm Diameter)

We recommend the following quantities per person:

The average cheeses needed per person accross all cheese on a Cheese wedding cakes is 80 to 100g per person. It is generally enough and should not leave you with much leftover. If you are planning to have a big table and / or want some cheese to be carried over a few days ,we recommend 100 to 1200g of cheese per person.

The number of cheeses is up too you (i say the more the better!) but to achieve a good selection from textures, Strenghs & different milks, 4 to 6 Cheese Tiers are recommended.

Example: You have a total of 8 kg of cheese and 90 guests coming, this will gives you approx 90g per person

Don't hesitate to get in touch and we will be happy to help work it all out for you.

The average is 3 to 5 crackers per person. If you have other food which are bread based, eg: Pizza, sandwiches etc 3 crackers per person is the average.

There is approx 25 crackers per box from the Crackers we sell.

For a wedding with 60 to 70 guests, 10 boxes of crackers will give you a 3.5 crackers per person average!
