Ubriaco Amarone Valpolicella


The wheels of cheeses early seasoned for 6/7 months, are dipped into Amarone DOCG marc and wines for a further 3 months, then they are wrapped in burlap and left to dry for about 5/6 months. The perfume is accentuated, spicy and persistent, with scents of walnut, cherry and fruits of the undergrowth, but also of spice and chocolate.
