Brie de Meaux (250g)

Cow's Milk, Unpasteurised

Soft velvety texture with tender rind. The taste is complex, rounded, rich and milky with sweet and buttery flavours of mushrooms, truffles and almonds. France's king of bries.

Tunworth (250g)

Cow's Milk, Pasteurised

Tunworth has a long-lasting sweet, nutty complex flavour and a creamy texture with a thin wrinkled rind. It is made by hand in small batches with whole cows milk. The best camembert in the world according to Raymond Blanc!

This cheese is made at Hampshire Cheeses by Stacey Hedges and Charlotte Spruce and was founded in 2005.

Montagnolo (250g)

Cow's Milk, Pasteurised, Vegetarian

This Bavarian cheese has a buttery and very gentle blue taste. Made using triple cream for an incredibly soft and decadent texture. It is surface ripened and is marbled with blue veins, with a grey natural crust. It combines the texture and rich tastes of a triple-crème brie, with the distinct and lightly biting flavour of a blue cheese.

Drunken Burt (180g)

Cow's Milk, Pasteurised, Vegetarian

Handmade just two miles from The Cheese Yard by Claire Burt. Cider-washed rind soft cheese with a creamy texture and delicate yet distinctive flavour. The 'paste' of the cheese takes on some of the golden colour of the cider and also some of the flavour characteristics, sometimes you almost pick up a smokey not from the oak barrels. You can expect the 'younger' cheese to have a slightly 'chalky' centre, which then softens as it continues to mature.
