Vintage Linconshire Poacher (250g)

Cow's Milk, Unpasteurised

Lincolnshire poacher are committed to producing the very best cheese they can with the help of their 230 Holstein Fresian Cows, using unpasteurised milk and traditional methods. This cheese has a smooth texture, with depth and complexity. Matured over 18-24 months, its taste is like a combination of West Country cheddar and an Alpine mountain cheese. Rich, long lasting flavour with sweet, nutty notes and a sharp tang.

Red Leicester Thomas Hoe (250g)

Cow's Milk, Pasteurised, Vegetarian

Compact and smooth texture. Slightly sweet, nutty caramelised flavour. Made in a similar way to mature cheddar but given its famous colour by the addition of annatto. Matured for approximately six months, bound in cloth.

Snowdonia Extra Mature Cheddar (250g)

Cow's Milk, Pasteurised, Vegetarian

The Black Bomber extra mature cheddar with a very creamy texture. A modern classic! This cheese marries a delicious rich flavour with a smooth creaminess, lasting long on the palate but remaining utterly moreish!

Manchego (250g)

Ewe's Milk, Pasteurised

Produced in the La Mancha region of Spain, it is matured for 12 months made in the traditional grass moulds leaving a distinctive characteristic zigzag pattern. It has a firm and compact texture, with a richness of brazil nuts and caramel. The texture is dry yet creamy.
