Vintage Linconshire Poacher (250g)

Cow's Milk, Unpasteurised

Lincolnshire poacher are committed to producing the very best cheese they can with the help of their 230 Holstein Fresian Cows, using unpasteurised milk and traditional methods. This cheese has a smooth texture, with depth and complexity. Matured over 18-24 months, its taste is like a combination of West Country cheddar and an Alpine mountain cheese. Rich, long lasting flavour with sweet, nutty notes and a sharp tang.

Stilton Colston Bassett (250g)

Cow's Milk, Pasteurised, Vegetarian

One of the few hand-ladled stiltons, giving an intensely rich and creamy
texture. This cheese has a wonderfully deep, lingering and complex flavour.

Tunworth has a long-lasting sweet, nutty complex flavour and a creamy texture with a thin wrinkled rind. It is made by hand in small batches with whole cows milk. The best camembert in the world according to Raymond Blanc!

This cheese is made at Hampshire Cheeses by Stacey Hedges and Charlotte Spruce and was founded in 2005.

Made by the Appleby family. The flavour is clean and zesty on the tongue followed by a rich mouth watering finish. The texture is moist and crumbly.
